Calcined Alumina
Calcined Alumina is a commercial Alumina or Aluminum Oxide. It is white powder. One of the outstanding characteristics of Calcined Alumina is its hardness which is 9 on mohs scale. 4) Calcined Alumina S-300 PT: It is finely ground grade consisting entirely of superfine with surface treated.
Uses
Use as a bedding material in the heat treatment of special alloy steels, It is use as a fluxing medium in the meeting of special steels as a component of low expansion glass. It is use as a constituent of special china dazes & it is use as a raw material for the manufacture of dental porcelains. It is use for refractory application such as electrical insulators. It is use as a abrasive resistant. It is use glazing ceramic tiles.
